The mechanics
A number of hotel links and Check availability buttons carry a tracking tag. Follow one, complete a reservation, and the property or an intermediary network may pay mybetee-au a commission, while your price stays the same. In the page code those links carry rel="sponsored".
Our own resort
Four Winds New Buffalo, ranked first, is owned by the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, which publishes mybetee-au. A night booked there benefits us directly through the stay itself, quite apart from any commission. Ownership explains its position, and we never call that position independent.
Where commission stops
Places two through ten cannot be bought. Partners see no copy before it goes live and cannot strike facts out. A hotel that ends a commission deal keeps its place unless our editorial view changes.
